Package 2: Premium Corporate MC Price: From $1,500 Includes: Up to 5 hours of MC services (covers arrivals, main event, close) 60-minute prep consultation and full run-sheet review Custom event intro and MC scripting tailored to your brand or theme Guest engagement (audience warm-up, interactive segments) Priority vendor coordination (AV, lighting, schedule transitions) Travel within WA metro included Best for: Conferences, gala dinners, awards nights, launches with 100–300 guests. Package 3: Deluxe Corporate MC Experience Price: From $2,500 Includes: Full event coverage (e.g., 6–8 hours or full day), including arrivals, main programme, networking segments Premium consultation + rehearsal attendance if needed Brand-aligned scripting, theme integration, branded host segments Advanced audience engagement (polls, Q&A facilitation, live interaction) Travel outside metro or regional WA (within reason) included VIP liaison: working with your key stakeholders to ensure high-end experience Best for: High-profile launches, large scale conferences, hybrid or online/in-person formats, premium events with 300+ guests. *All prices ex GST


Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy This Booking Policy applies to all services provided by Conor Rae, including weddings, corporate events, fundraisers, and celebrations. By booking, the client agrees to the following terms. Booking Confirmation A booking is confirmed once the required deposit is paid. The deposit secures the date and acknowledges acceptance of this policy. Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. The booking will not be held without this payment. Payments The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event unless agreed otherwise in writing. Receipts can be provided on request. Cancellations Cancellations must be made in writing. • More than 60 days before the event: deposit retained, other payments refunded. • Within 60 days: 50% of the total fee may be payable. • Within 14 days: full payment is required due to lost business and time committed. Rescheduling Rescheduling is subject to availability. Deposits may transfer to a new date within 12 months. If the new date is unavailable, the booking will be treated as a cancellation. Changes to Event Details Final event details must be confirmed at least 14 days prior. Significant last-minute changes may incur additional charges. Travel & Additional Costs Additional fees may apply for travel outside standard service areas, parking, extended hours, or accommodation if required. Any extra charges will be discussed with the client. Performance Services will be provided professionally and reliably. A safe and respectful environment must be ensured. If unsafe or inappropriate behaviour occurs, services may be paused or stopped without refund. Force Majeure Neither party is liable for circumstances beyond their control, including illness, accidents, weather, or emergencies. If Conor is unable to attend, reasonable efforts will be made to organise a suitable replacement or offer a refund for services not delivered. Media Usage With client permission, photos or videos may be used for promotional purposes. Consent can be withdrawn in writing at any time. Client Responsibility Clients must provide accurate information, communicate changes promptly, and ensure adequate access to the venue. By paying the deposit, the client confirms acceptance of this Booking Policy.
